हमे खिलाडियों को प्रेरित करने के लिए नकद पुरस्कार राशि का प्रावधान अवश्य करना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे दो फायदे है एक तो खिलाडियों को प्रोत्साहन मिलता है दूसरे इससे अन्य खिलाड़ी भी खेल के लिए प्रेरित होते है यदि खिलाड़ी को खेलने से पहले पता हो कि खेल में भी भविष्य अच्छा है और इसमें उसका भविष्य बन जाएगा तो वह निसंकोच खेलेगा यह अच्छी योजना है

It is a good policy of Govt of Jharkhand to promote sports in the state.it will surely promote sports and will attract the players in the field of sports.it will also help financially to the players who may continue their sports.

खेल के क्षेत्र में खिलाड़ियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए एक सराहनीय योजना है जिसके माध्यम से झारखंड राज्य में खेल प्रतियोगिता मैं सुधार होगा साथ ही खेल के प्रति साड़ियों का रुझान एवं मनोबल बना रहेगा
