i wsh to pay unemployment fee(berojgari bhatta only for residence of jharkhand) to youth of jharkhand at the age of 0 to 30 years for fulfill basic needs rupees of 3000 rs per month.

खिलाड़ियो के लिए इस तरह की सहायता की अहम जरूरत है I हमारे खिलाड़ी जब कोई खेल मे अच्छा प्रदर्शन करते है तो राज्य का देश का नाम ऊंचा करते है तो, चाहिए की उनके लिए भी एक उचित व्यवस्था हो जिससे उनको समग्र रूप से आगे बढ्ने मे मदद मिले, वित्तीय संकट आज सबके लिए एक अहम मुद्दा है,जज्बा होते हुए भी पैसो की अभाव के कारण कई खिलाड़ी आगे बढ़ नहीं पाते है,इसलिए चाहिए की खिलाड़ियों के लिए एक नियमित और स्थायी फंड की व्यवस्था हो।

खिलाड़ियों के लिए हमें स्पोर्ट्स वेलफेयर फंड योजना का क्रियान्वयन करना चाहिए क्योंकि खेल के लिए पैसे की व्यवस्था जरूरी होती है खेलों में अधिकांश खिलाड़ी गांव से वह गरीब परिवारों से आते हैं जिनके पास पैसे की कमी होती है इस कारण वह खेल में ना तो अपने उपकरण खरीद पाते हैं और ना ही वह अच्छी कोचिंग ले पाते हैं जिसके कारण वह खेलों में पिछड़ जाते हैं यदि हमें खेलों को आगे बढ़ाना है एवं विश्व के अग्रणी देशों से कंपटीशन करना है तो हमें इसके लिए फंड की आवश्यकता होगी जो केवल स्पोर्ट्स वेलफेयर फंड योजना से ह

Jharkhand Government is taking care and trying to uplift every section of the society. A very good initiative and scheme for those people who cannot afford to buy sports equipments and accessories but possess excellent sporting talent.
