Citizen’s inputs are invited for Chapter 9 to chapter 20 of Draft National Education Policy-2019, in context of Higher, Technical Education & Skill Development Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.

Chapter:9- Quality Universities and Colleges: A New and Forward Looking Vision for India’s Higher Education System
Objective: Revamp the higher education system, create world class multidisciplinary higher education institutions across the country - increase GER to at least 50% by 2035.

Chapter:10- Institutional Restructuring and Consolidation
Objective: Vibrant multidisciplinary institutions of high quality that increase capacity of higher education in India and ensure equitable access

Chapter:11- Towards a More Liberal Education
Objective: Move towards a more imaginative and broad-based liberal education as a foundation for holistic development of all students, with rigorous specialisation in chosen disciplines and fields.

Chapter:12- Optimal Learning Environments and Support for Students
Objective: Ensure a joyful, rigorous, and responsive curriculum, engaging and effective pedagogy, and caring support to optimise learning and the overall development of students.

Chapter:13-Energised, Engaged and Capable Faculty
Objective: Empowered faculty with high competence and deep commitment, energised for excellence in teaching and research.

Chapter:14-National Research Foundation
Objective: Catalyse and energise research and innovation across the country in all academic disciplines, with a special focus on seeding and growing research at universities and colleges - create a conducive ecosystem for research through competitive peer-reviewed funding, mentoring, and facilitation.

Chapter:15- Teacher Education
Objective: Ensure that teachers are given the highest quality training in content, pedagogy, and practice, by moving the teacher education system into multidisciplinary colleges and universities, and establishing the four-year integrated Bachelor’s Degree as the minimum qualification for all school teachers.

Chapter:16- Professional Education
Objective: Build a holistic approach to the preparation of professionals, by ensuring broad-based competencies and 21st century skills, an understanding of the social-human context, and a strong ethical compass, in addition to the highest-quality professional capacities.

Chapter:17- Empowered Governance and Effective Leadership for Higher Education Institutions
Objective: Independent, self-governed higher education institutions with capable and ethical leadership.

Chapter:18- Transforming the Regulatory System
Objective: Effective, enabling and responsive regulation to encourage excellence and public-spiritedness in higher education.

Chapter:19-Technology in Education
Objective: Appropriate integration of technology into all levels of education - to support teacher preparation and development; improve teaching, learning and evaluation processes; enhance educational access to disadvantaged groups; and streamline educational planning, administration
and management.

Chapter:20-Vocational Education
Objective: Integrate vocational education into all educational institutions - schools, colleges and universities. Provide access to vocational education to at least 50% of all learners by 2025.

teaching is an art and teachers are artists who are not motivated enough if you want your country to progress pay your politicians the lowest and teachers the highest salary and you can see the difference in one year. Yes test the teachers commitment every year and keep the feedback from students they teach.

शिक्षा हमारे समाज एवं संस्कृति के विकास की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण आयामों में एक है । इसके विना हम अपनी विकास की यात्रा जारी नहीं रख सकते। अतः यह आवश्यक हैं कि हम देश के भविष्य भावी पीढ़ी को उन्नत एवं उत्कृष्ट शिक्षा प्रदान करें। बच्चों में शैक्षणिक आयामों के साथ हुनर की भी कला होनी चाहिए। हमें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पद्धति अपने राज्य एवं देश के स्कूलों में लागू करना चाहिए

Students progresshit should be prepared by the teacher on monthly basis.daily home works should be checked on daily and if students not doing then immediately call to their parents or giving notice to them

 कक्षा 1 से 5 में उसे निश्चित घंटों में पढऩे और गणित सीखने का वक्त मिलेगा क्योंकि पांचवीं कक्षा तक उसे अक्षरों और अंकों का बुनियादी ज्ञान हासिल कर लेना होगा. अगर कोई 'खास रुचि' और/या 'प्रतिभा' है—वह गणित, खेल, पेंटिंग या ऐक्टिंग में हो सकती है—तो शिक्षक उसे पहचानेंगे.

कल्पना करें कि

अगर नई शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) 2019 का मसौदा उसकी परिकल्पना के मुताबिक 2035 तक अमल में आ जाता है तो क्या होगा? इसे 31 मई को नौ सदस्यों की के. कस्तूरीरंगन समिति ने केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन मंत्रालय को सौंपा है.

नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (National Education Policy) के लिए गठित विशेषज्ञ समिति ने मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय (HRD Ministry) से पाठ्यक्रम में भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली को शामिल करने, राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा आयोग का गठन और निजी स्कूलों द्वारा मनमाने तरीके से शुल्क बढाने पर रोक लगाने जैसी सिफारिशें की है.
