The state government is committed to provide basic amenities to the citizens of all the civic bodies of the state. For this purpose, by utilizing the civic amenities maintained by the bodies, Public grievance management system was implemented from the center of the call center for related problems.

Citizens can register related to their complaint or suggestion.
• Road, drainage, sanitation, water
• Supplies and Wiper Lighting
• Construction of roads and drains
• Tax Assessment and Holding Number
• Illegal construction
• Cleaning of pool
• Death certificate, birth certificate, and business license
• In relation to complaints and suggestions, NULM and PMA

Call the call center or open the website to know the status of the complaint lodged.

What is the plan for the students, what is the plane for unemployment, how ensure that education system ll be better and for that what is your plane.
Lastly I want to suggest you that please make sure that every govt. school ll be in English medium, because from JAC board they have knowledge but they have lots of problems while they are in higher study as well as getting jobs.

Dear sir,
I am Rohit Kumar, i wanted to contact with higher authority of Jharkhand who can help us, my issue is that when ever we want to contact with any govt. Organization then they are not responding while i do call, massage, email etc. Then why all of them showing their contact no. Why they are doing fun with the people of they have not responsibility.

The state govt has really taken a good step regarding this public grievance management system for the citizen of state as well as for the citizen of INDIA. This is a very important suggestion where they are doing good work in the movement of INDIA mixed economy.This is really an appreciable job by the govt of jharkhand.

लोक शिकायत प्रबंधन प्रणाली एक ऐसी प्रणाली होनी चाहिए जिसका प्रबंधन एक उच्च अधिकारी के नियंत्रण में हो जिस पर सभी शिकायतों का समाधान हो और शिकायत सही पाए जाने पर उस अधिकारी के खिलाफ कार्यवाही का भी प्रावधान हो जो इसके लिए जिम्मेदार हो

राज्य की सभी जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए नगर की लोक शिकायत प्रबंध प्रणाली को मजबूत करना चाहिए ताकि लोगो की समस्याओं का समाधान हो सके
