To improve the access to education for disadvantaged students from remote areas and to address the
dropout from middle to high school, the department distributes cash for cycles to students in class 8 Rupees. 3500 per student for ST,SC, Minority & Backward Class.

Suggestions and inputs are invited from citizen on this scheme running by Schedule Tribe, Schedule Caste, Minority and Backward class Welfare Department, Govt. of Jharkhand.
