There is news of relief for the families of the prisoners in jail. In the lockdown, due to Corona virus infection, the meeting of the detainees is closed, due to which the family is upset. But this problem is going to end soon. E-meeting will be arranged under e-Seva Kendra in civil courts across the state. By booking an appointment for e-meeting at the e-seva center itself, the family will be able to meet the detainees within the stipulated time.

Along with the family of the detainees, their advocates can also make bookings under the e-appointment. At present, the state has seven central jails, 15 mandal kara, six upkaras and one open prison. About 18 thousand 277 prisoners are living in it. The relatives of these prisoners have not been able to meet for more than 68 days. An e-seva center will be set up in the old Dalsa center of the Civil Court Ranchi campus, on which work is going on. E-Seva Kendra is being opened on the guidelines issued in the light of Supreme Court order.

1.Booking of e-meet to meet jailed relatives
2.Other information related to the hearing, including the status of the case, the next date.
3.Facility of e-Filing. Hard copy petition can be scanned and e-filing can be done with signature. The petition will be uploaded to the CIS from where the filing number will be found.
4.Online application for certificate copies and other such admissions
5.Assisting in the online purchase of stamp paper
6.Helping to implement and obtain Aadhaar based digital signature
7.Online settlement of traffic challans and other minor offenses in virtual courts
8.Soft copy of judicial order or Judgment will be provided on email or WhatsApp or other mode.
9.People will be guided by Jhalsa or Dalsa to avail free legal services.
10.Other types of information, including who will be on leave, whether the trial of the listed trial will take place.
