किसी भी प्रदेश की सरकार की सफलता के लिए आवश्यक है कि उस प्रदेश की लोक शिकायत प्रबंधन प्रणाली मजबूत हो उसमें लोगों को शिकायत का जवाब सही तरीके से मिले सभी नगर निकाय के नागरिकों को मौलिक सुविधाओं की पूर्ति हो शिकायत पर सही तरीके से सुनवाई हो एवं दोषी अधिकारियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई का प्रावधान हो लोगों को अपनी शिकायत पर कार्रवाई की सूचना दी जाए और यदि शिकायत सही पाई जाए तो संबंधित अधिकारी के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही की जाए इस प्रकार लोक शिकायत प्रबंधन प्रणाली के द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार काम होगा

AAj 18 din ho gaya per aaj tak koi bhi na phone aya na problem solved huwa, jab bhi mai call karta hu mujhe bola jata hai aapke pass call ayega 1-2 din me problem solved kar diya jayega per hota kuch ni hai. In India,Violence increased towards poor people,farmer,etc.And I think by Public Grievance Management System some peoples problem will go away.I appreciate this decision of Jharkhand government.

Corruption is an unending phenomenon but can be curbed. Corruption is became epidemic and to check, social education should be spread wide and awareness generation on corruption should be activated. National seminars and workshops should be encouraged and especially in educational institutions. Corruption should be a punishable offence and should be set up a cell to address. Artificial hoarder and black hoarder should be penalized well. Corruption is a sin to social advance and threat to citize

In todays generation it is been clearly found that after it has been announced that child labour is banned but people for there work don't care. so a legal action should be taken from the Gov TO stop this at any cost of time.The child who are forced should have pen and pencils in there hands and not tools so people should stop this nonsense and think good for each and every child whether he is a boy or a girl. child are meant for learn not to earn.Its a crime against humanity,think big=better

The Payment of Gratuity (Amendment) Act, 2018, provides flexibility to the Central Government to increase the ceiling limit of gratuity to such amount as may be notified from time to time. The ceiling limit of gratuity has been increased from Rs. 10 Lakh to 20 Lakh vide Notification dated 29th March, 2018.
