The state of Jharkhand is having almost 92 percent of the unorganized workers (including construction workers) in the entire country. The Government of Jharkhand after the decision taken by the Chief Minister of Jharkhand organized a special campaign "Shramshakti" which was initiated from the football ground located at Imli Chowk in Adityapur Industrial Area of Gamharia Block of Saraikela Kharsawan District on 25-09-2019. For the overall development and benefit of workers under the 05 schemes for unorganized workers and 15 schemes for construction workers registration of unorganized workers and construction workers is being done from 25th September, 2019 the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay to 2nd October, 2019 the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. From the same date, workers are being organized in all the blocks of the entire state by setting up camps in labour-intensive places in urban areas.
“Shramshakti Abhiyan” is being organised by the Department of Labour, Employment and Training, Government of Jharkhand and other departments in collaboration with the district administration, including the district and block coordinators, Labour Superintendents, Labour Enforcement Officers and Shramik Mitra under the Chief Minister Laghu Kutir Board program. It is being monitored by the Department of Labour as well as the District Administration.
The main objective of the "Shramshakti Abhiyan" is to get more and more unorganized workers (including construction workers) registered and avail benefits from the schemes operated for them and bring prosperity in their lives. Registration of workers is being done offline through the camps. There is also a system to register their registration online at shramadhan.jharkhand.gov.in .For registration in camps, their Aadhar card, bank account, mobile number, Aadhar card of nominee and self-declaration regarding employment of construction workers. Registration of workers is being done with them.
“Shramshakti Abhiyan” is being run throughout the state, in which all unorganized workers are being requested to come to the camp and register while propagating of the schemes is being done through various visual and audio mediums. Various departments to which unorganized workers are associated, employers and employer organizations, NGOs, trade union representatives and common citizens are also being requested to motivate more and more unorganized workers to get registered in the camps and make the future of yourself and your children bright by taking advantage of the schemes run by the state government.
The suggestions of citizens are invited on Jharkhand.mygov.in for this campaign being run by the Government of Jharkhand.

I would like to draw your kind attention that in Tata Steel those who are out sider vendor partner they never encourage or give chance to local talent to go upward only if they required labour or supervisor who worked hard they utilise but they keep all the managerial or official work with their own state people however in the other states give equal opportunity of the talents.

समारोह को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि असंगठित मजदूर राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने में दिन-रात लगे हुए हैं। श्रम करने वाला हर व्यक्ति श्रमयोगी है। ये श्रमयोगी भारत के अमूल्य निधि हैं। संगठित क्षेत्र के मजदूरों के लिए तो उनके संगठन और यूनियन उनके हक की लड़ाई लड़ते हैं, लेकिन असंगठित क्षेत्र के मजदूरों की लड़ाई लडऩे वाला कोई नहीं है। इसलिए सरकार ही इनका नेता है
