Respected Sir, my opinion on given topic are:- 1.it should be insured that all research scholar should given his/her time on recent government project, 2.all pregnant woman must be facilitate by the govt facilities, 3.shahiyas incentives should be increases, 4.shahiyas work also should be monitored by the beneficiaries, 5.shahiyas should be given advance work.
