Really this is a very good and fantastic program which is running in jharkhand, with proper management and proper decision with a digital program formula and online tracking system for patient and doctor with there progressive report.. @ nasim.. @ thanks to the jharkhand government.

MONTHLY REPORTING SHOULD BE GIVEN BY ROUTE LEVEL HOSPITAL TO DISTRACT LEVEL AND DISTRICT TO CENTRAL LEVEL BY PROPER CHANNEL.
NCD CARDS SHOULD BE PREPARED IN ORDER TO DEVELOPMENT AND CARE OF EVERY PATIENT. DIABETES, HYPERTENSION, CANCER ARE THREE MAJOR DISEASE SHOULD BE IMPORTANT FOR CONTROL HAZARDS TO HUMAN BEING

NCD REPORTING REGISTER SHOULD BE KEPT IN EVERY GOVERNMENT AS WELL AS IN PRIVATE HOSPITALS.MONTHLY REPORTING SHOULD BE GIVEN BY ROUTE LEVEL HOSPITAL TO DISTRACT LEVEL AND DISTRICT TO CENTRAL LEVEL BY PROPER CHANNEL. SEPARATE SOFTWARE SHOULD BE MONITORING EACH AND EVERY ASPECTS AND FOLLOW UP REGULARLY. NCD CARDS SHOULD BE PREPARED IN ORDER TO DEVELOPMENT AND CARE OF EVERY PATIENT.
