Regretting to state that at Dhatkidih, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, cheats & swindlers have veiled themselves as builders, carrying fraudulent activities & engaging in cheating innocent old people, women, promising accommodation on illegal construction and swindling their hard earned money by illegal means, one example is of builder Mr Ghulam Najmuddin Khan, resident of H.No.10, B Block, Line No.5, Road No.3, Dhatkidih, Jsr, promised my father flat at HNo22, RdNo4, B Block, Dhatkidih
